This historically significant Italianate Mansion offers an exquisite and historic location for your important event. Built in 1856, the Maxwell Mansion was the first mansion built in Lake Geneva and has long been host to dignitaries and socialites over its history and is now available for your historic event. The property today features much more than the Mansion itself with over 28 rooms between our three buildings on the property.
We host corporate events such as retreats, board meetings, trainings, incentive trips, celebrations, private mixology classes, and more.
Our facility features state of the art dedicated fiber internet, upgraded WI-FI service, AppleTVs in all the rooms, and an events team that is dedicated to making your event a success.
Featuring 28 rooms our property is ideal for small groups and events that are looking for a luxury and exclusive setting. Groups have the option to book all rooms and meeting space for the completely private use of our 1.5-acre property in the heart of Lake Geneva.
Comfortably accommodating up to 100 guests (as weather permits) throughout the mansion for receptions of all styles and magnitudes. The entire first floor of the mansion and perennial gardens with croquet lawn and fountain is designed to have your guests feel special. The Ballroom can seat up to 40 people comfortably for a sit-down dinner.
Upon entering the double doors guests are welcomed into an intimate foyer with chandeliers, a fire-lit receiving room is off to one side, and crystal laden ballroom to the other. The Apothecary Bar is adjoined by outdoor cabanas and a wraparound deck leading to the front gardens. The property is abundant with socialization and meeting spaces, making it perfect for small groups to meet in various spots on the property instead of sitting in a plain old meeting room all day.
