What Are the Hours?

The pool is open from 10am until dusk or 9pm, whatever is earlier. The pool will close at times during special events and due to weather. Please see our hours page for additional details including dates of opening and closing for the season as they are available.

What About Food?

We are excited to now be offering a limited food service offering. As we offer food outside food is not permitted while we are offering food service. If we are not offering food service please check with Guest Services prior to bringing food. Absolutely no outside beverages are allowed.

It’s Raining, It’s Pouring….

Unfortunately, it happens in Wisconsin, rain and storms. If significant rain or storms are predicted, we may close the pool for safety.

Outside Guests

Except for on special events including Tiki Tuesday our pool is for hotel guests only. From 11am to 4pm on Tuesday’s throughout the summer we open the pool to the public for Tiki Tuesday. We allocate this time as a thank to our community for their support and to keep Maxwell Mansion running strong as a business for years to come. Hotel Guests are welcome to join. Pool Rules

All guests are expected to abide by our pool rules. Maxwell Mansion is an upscale and unique boutique hotel, and all guests are expected to act in a manner that is professional, courteous, and fun. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave that are not following the rules or are a disturbance.

  • Must be 21+ (unless approved by the owners or during special events when the event has purchased the entire property)

  • Pets are not allowed

  • Glass is not permitted

  • Pool towels are available for hotel guests. Please return them prior to leaving the pool.

  • No carry-in beverages of any kind (alcoholic or not). There are no exceptions to this rule. We provide water in the pool and beverages are available for purchase from one of our Bars or Guest Services.

  • The property will close the pool due to weather and or other circumstances that the property deems as a safety related need
