· Florals for Couple and Cake Florals Provided by Lilypots Events
· Auxiliary Cord and/or House Music
· Overnight Stay in a Standard or Whirlpool room (based on availability)
· Early Check-In Guaranteed (3 pm)

· 10”-12” Cake Provided by Lorelei Bittner’s Bakery (Size may vary based on number of guests)
· Take-Home Goody Bag for the Couple
· List of trusted and preferred vendors for the day (must hire independently)
Restrictions:
· Sunday – Thursday Events Only
· Friday events are on a case-by-case basis
· No Saturday Packages
· Must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance but no more than 9 months in advance
· Officiant, photography, hair, and makeup services not provided
· Additional decor packages and planning services may be added for a fee
· Appetizers may be added to your Wedding through Maxwell Mansion or another licensed caterer during the 3 hour ceremony/reception time
· Adding a full dinner for your Wedding will incur additional fees, talk to your Sales Manager for options
No Substitutions, add-on items, or upgrades available upon request, applicable service charge, and taxes apply to add-on items. Some blackout dates may apply. Package must be prepaid at time of booking, cannot book unless pre-paid at time of contract. Cancellation refunds available up to 14 days prior, a $100 cancellation fee applies, no refunds if cancelled within 14 days of the wedding.
