Special Hours
At times, we hold special events and weddings - please check out the Calendar for special hours due to private or ticketed events.
We are open only to guests who have purchased tickets during our annual ticketed events: Halloween Party, Repeal Day Prohibition Party, and New Year’s Event.
The following are some of our upcoming special hours. Please ensure to check the Calendar for the most up-to-date information.
Sunday, May 24, 2026 - The Apothecary Bar will be open an extra hour until 12am (midnight).
Sunday, September 6, 2026 - The Apothecary Bar will be open an extra hour until 12am (midnight).
Monday, September 7, 2026 - The Apothecary Bar will close at 10pm.
November 26, 2026 - We are closed for Thanksgiving. Hotel reservations for the Carriage House and Stables are available by calling Guest Services at 262.248.9711. Our bars and the Mansion will be closed.
December 24-25, 2026 - We are closed for Christmas. Hotel reservations for the Carriage House and Stables are available by calling Guest Services at 262.248.9711. Our bars and the Mansion will be closed.

Guest Services
Our Guest Services team is here to take care of your reservations by phone and to assist guests arriving or departing for their stay. Our team is here from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. Based on occupancy, our team may arrive early or stay later. The Mansion is only accessible by guests staying overnight in the Mansion when our Guest Services team is away, and the Apothecary is closed.
Overnight guests of Maxwell have access to our Guest Services team 24/7 if immediate assistance is required.
Please note that our bars or areas of the grounds will sometimes be closed for private events. Please check our Calendar and Facebook for notices of special hours.

Beer and wine can be purchased from Guest Services before our bar opens. Liquor and cocktails are available during our bar hours, which are listed below. Hours are subject to change, so please always check our website for our current hours.

Hotel guests note our pool is open to the public from 11am to 4pm on Tuesdays during Tiki Tuesday.
Except for Tiki Tuesday, our pool is only open for registered hotel guests.
Our pool is outdoor and is open, subject to weather, at the discretion of Maxwell Mansion
Glass is not allowed in the pool.
Outside food and beverages not purchased from Maxwell Mansion are prohibited in the pool and common areas of the property.
