Full-Property VS. Half-Property
What is a Full-Property Buyout? A full property buyout for our clients requires all 28 of our amazing guestrooms to be rented by the couple or by their guests attending their event. They will also enjoy all of the First floor common space, including outdoor areas like the Front Lawn and Back Terrace, as well as the Ballroom, Foyer, Front Room, Cognac Lounge, and the Apothecary bar will be private just for their guests to enjoy. In addition to having the whole first floor available, our client will also have the option to add on the Speakeasy to use privately for their guests that same evening.
What is a Half-Property Buyout? A half-property buyout for our clients requires 14 of our amazing guestrooms to be rented by the couple or their guests attending their event. They will also enjoy all of the First floor common space, including outdoor areas like the Front Lawn and Back Terrace, as well as the Ballroom, Foyer, Front Room, Cognac Lounge, and the Apothecary bar will be private just for their guests to enjoy. The difference with a half-property buyout is that the Speakeasy is not available to rent in this scenario, as our other guests staying with the hotel will need a place to enjoy a craft cocktail during their stay.
All tables, chairs, and our standard linens are included in the Full Property or Half Property Buyout option. We additionally include the use of our standard décor and indoor and outdoor furniture on the day of your event. We do have upgraded items available should you want to add a little extra to your décor on your special day. Let us help create a stress-free event by taking care of all your décor items and needs.
A la carte and Social Events
Do you have a favorite spot at Maxwell Mansion? Try our a la carte option for your small wedding or social event in our beautiful first-floor or outdoor common areas. We host anything from bachelorette/bachelor parties and birthday celebrations to bridal showers and reunions. When you join us for an event, your rental fee will include all tables, chairs, standard linens, and décor for a period of time in a location of your choice. Customize your event with upgraded décor or linens, or add on a fun group event like a Mixology Class. With this type of event, you have the opportunity to utilize one of our private bar options to customize and fit the style and theme of your event.
“I Do” Packages
Planning a Small Wedding? At Maxwell Mansion, we consider a small wedding, anywhere from 2-34 people. Our team has created an inclusive package to make your planning easy and smooth by taking the work out of it for you. This 3-hour package allows the couple to stay overnight on their wedding night and receive a little goody bag as a memory of their wedding at Maxwell Mansion. In addition to the guest room, a cake, flowers for the couple, and a champagne toast are also included. This is designed to be a mini ceremony and reception package for the couple that wants to “just get married”!
