The Maxwell Mansion is proudly partnering with Chef Tyler Sailsbery from The Black Sheep to present a five course, farm to table dinner fit for nobility. With each course, a new estate wine, paired specifically for the evening, will be introduced by our partners, Vie de Vin.
This will be a magical evening hosted in the Mansion's opulent ballroom. Dine and imbibe with us while our partners share stories of their food and wine journeys.

4th Course: Local Pinn-Oak Ridge Farms Lamb, squash, goat cheese, caramelized shallot & fig galette
5th Course: WI blue cheese and brandy bread pudding, port caramel & fresh WI whipped cream
