As you arrive you will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly to enjoy in our beautifully decorated elegant Crystal Ballroom. Enjoy experiencing 4 bold wines that our mixologists have paired with delicious sweets and treats, where you will learn why they pair so well together.  

Are Spirits your thing? Everyone knows wine and chocolates go together like peas and carrots.  We will let you in on a little secret though, spirits pair equally as well “if not better”! Maxwell Mixologist breaks down all the best spirit and treat pairings. Allow yourself to indulge in this ultimate 50 minute pairing event.
