Parking Information: Parking in the Mansion parking lot is strictly reserved for hotel guests. Please utilize street parking when attending events at Maxwell Mansion.

Tickets are only sold through Maxwell Mansion. While the tickets are non-refundable, if something does arise, contact us at 262.248.9711 at least 48 hours before the event. Tickets are not refundable for any reason within 48 hours of the event. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE - MEANING RESELLING OF ANY TYPE IS NOT PERMITTED
